I expect you use Bluetooth connection, right? Are you able to pair GNSS as Bluetooth device in Android settings, please?
(Open Android system settings > Bluetooth and add pair the GNSS)

yes it is Bluetooth connection. name of GNSS appear but it is ask for PIN, I tried with several number, but did not work. as you know GNSS has base, rover, and controller, which one i must connect with?

Hi,
I guess you want to connect rover if you want to GNSS for mapping. Regarding PIN would you please check manual of GNSS device or contact the seller of the device? (Locus GIS can not influence the pairing process).
BTW: The PIN is often 0000, 9999, 1234 or empty but I only guess. Please contact the seller for more info hoe to pair with the Android phone...
